To celebrate the release of my new Men’s Health 15 Minute Abs, Arms, & Chest Workouts DVD, I’m giving away 2 copies!

If finding the time to workout is difficult for you, this DVD has 3 great workouts that you can knock out in only 15 minutes! I collaborated with my good friend Men’s Health Contributor David Jack on this project to come up with routines that truly allow you to get in great shape in minimal time.

HOW TO ENTER:

Tweet:  Mention both @MensHealthMag and @ShoreFitness in a tweet saying:   “I want the new @menshealthmag 15 Minute Workout DVD featuring @shorefitness” (copy and paste if you like)

OR

Leave a comment on my facebook wall about why you need this DVD, tagging Men’s Health Magazine by simply placing @menshealth within the comment. Also be sure to mention my name or the DVD’s title in the comment.

Here’s an example of a valid entry: “I could really use Jeremy Shore’s 15 Minute Abs, Arms, & Chest Workouts DVD by @menshealth because I need better abs!”

Two winners will be chosen on March 23rd by Random.org.

Good luck!

I had the amazing opportunity to work on a Habitat for Humanity project in Brooklyn; This is a unique and historical project for Habitat for a couple of reasons.  It’s the largest single family home build ever completed, and it’s the greenest for Habitat with  LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environ-mental Design) standards. Energy-efficient building methods will enable future Habitat homeowners to save up to 30 percent on their energy bills.

I spent the day squatting and lunging adjusting door frames throughout one of the buildings.  Functional training for a cause.
